Working Condition:
This unit is being sold as is, for parts / repair, since we are unable to test it.  The topometer is also incomplete, although we're not sure exactly what parts it is missing.
The topometer parts appear to be in good shape with some normal surface wear, scuffs, and scratches.  We have not cleaned the equipment and it's dusty / dirty and has some tape and tape residue on it.
