Squaring Fixture for Zeiss CMM Qual Sphere *MADE IN THE USA*

Your Qual Sphere needs to be held at 45º for proper alignment, but Zeiss does not provide a way to align the base.
No longer do you need to rely on "Eyeball Alignment".
The round base does not lend itself very well to fixturing.
Use any X or Y squaring bar you already have, or use cap screw heads if you have an aluminum base to positively align your Qual Sphere.
Can be directly bolted to 1/4-20 fixture base plates with .500 centers, or left free to move.
Comes with a Collar to hold the fixture tight even when not bolted down.
Fixture can be bolted to a standard 1/4-20 fixture plate with 1/2" or 1" centers.
Included collar will hold everything together even when not bolted down.
