Original very rare and one of the funniest episodes from TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.  The series starred Ted Knight, Nancy Dussault, Lydia Cornell, Deborah Van Valkenburgh, and Jm J Bullock.
This episode, WHERE THERE'S A WILL, is a final draft from 1981.  After a terrible nightmare of leaving his family destitute due to failing to write a will, Henry decides to do a will an videotape it (a new trend in that era).  In doing so in front of family members barging into the room interrupting it, every provision is met with reactions from various family members and a truly hilarious scene.
As noted via the stamp in the upper right of the cover, this script was one sent to the standards and practices department at ABC network as part of the routine script approval process.
This series was a big hit in the early 1980's, primarily benefiting from what is referred to as a "hammock" time slot.  Airing right after mega hit THREE'S COMPANY and right before the classic series HART TO HART, this show had an automatic built in audience and proved successful.
