Original script from the classic comedy series LAVERNE & SHIRLEY.  A seventh season script starring Penny Marshall, Cindy Williams, and Eddie Mekka.  A revised shooting script for AN AFFAIR TO FORGET.  This episode features an early career appearance of Angelica Huston, playing the wife of a man Laverne is dating not knowing he's married.  Features the memorable scene of Penny Marshall in the restaurant fish tank trying to hide from the suspicious wife.
The script, dated December 9, 1981 is all godenrod pages with a white sticker on the front noting who it was sent to in NY at ABC Entertainment.
