and "For Parts or Not Working"
Don't know nothing about medical Software and full functionality, may need to be updated or reinstall.Headrest Arc is broken as it can be seen in photos.
May also need other repairs.
I don't know anything else except it successfully boots to windows 98 Operating System, restarts and does not seems like slow freezing or hanging up keeping the fact that it is old technology hardware.
Touch Screen seems to work fine as well.Comes with Keyboard Stylus and a floppy disk in disk drive.
The scan software does not go beyond screen shown in last photo.
