This Hybaid Touchdown Temperature Cyling System features a 96 well x 0.2ml Block, sub-ambient cycling & hold temps down to 4C and integrated heated lid. Touchdown PCRs provide precision thermal cycling technology and high capacity. High sub-ambient blocks perform all types of temperature controlled reactions, from single one step incubations, to complex multi-step temperature cycling protocols. Temperature Ramping and Advanced Edit. Features a sub-ambient block for cycling reactions from 20 to 99C and static incubations down to 4C. The control Module can direct one (control module), two or three (additional satellites are not included) temperature cycling blocks which can operate simultaneusly or independently with potential to run 3 separate protocols if required.
