I don't know much about the part, a engineer friend of mine told me its comparator part but I am not sure, evaluate for your self what it is.
Part has some signs of use.
When you turn the axis of dedicated part it moves. The
cylinder
part was in the bag with it,
I
don't
know if its from the calibrator part but it can be used as a wrench for turning the axis.
Evaluate the part and condition from the photos, if you need such part/device free feel to buy :).
The metering line is in cm so you can evaluate size.
I always give best and detail description to my potential buyers.

I don't know if item has some other imperfections that I cant notice, sold as is, evaluate condition from the photos.
