What is Brava

Brava has hundreds of preset recipes programs build by a team of chefs and more recipes are added each week.  In addition to the preset recipes, Brava has separate bake, toast, reheat, sear, air fry, slow cook and sear functions.  You can also program your own recipes using the Custom Cook feature.
How It Works
Brava has six high powered lamps that rely primarily on infrared energy, a mix of visible and non-visible light, to cook food quickly. Unlike a typical convection oven, which slowly heats air to one temperature, cooking with light allow
s you to dynamically transfer energy directly to your food, resulting in faster, more precise cooking.
Utilizing our uniquely designed lamps, the Brava cooks entire meals with less energy than it takes to preheat a traditional oven, while allowing for multi-zone capabilities to cook different foods at their individual temperatures, simultaneously.
Specifications
The Brava is designed to be a "counter-top" appliance. It requires a minimum of 4 inches of clearance on both sides and the rear for proper ventilation. We do not recommend building the Brava into cabinets.
