This Biometra T3 Bench-Top Thermocycler was removed from a laboratory where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers on and has been tested. All 3 blocks heat as they should. They have all been tested to 37 Celsius and the max of 99 Celsius.
There are some cosmetic faults however. 2 of the block lids are faulty. The centre and far right lid have broken top controls. The lid heater can be adjusted but the top knobs are snapped off and have just been placed bakc on.
However the unit does appear to work and all 3 blocks heat as they should.
The system has not been tested with samples.
