This tool can grind two sizes of tungsten, each size has two angle heads. 4 types of holes 1/16 inch (1.6mm) 15°, 1/16 inch (1.6mm) 20°, 3/32 inch (2.4mm) 15°, 3/32 inch (2.4mm) 20°. When grinding the tip, 15° is 30° and 20° is 40°. Each type has 3 holes, which can grind different diamond wheels and reduce the consumption of diamond wheels by 2 times.
All holes are designed with diamond wheels of the same height. There is no need to set the height again and again. Installation is very simple.
It is very light and convenient, only 87 grams. But very sturdy and precise. All holes are fixed, so we can set offset compensation for each size hole to ensure that the tip center of all tungsten is on the grinding center point. This offset can ensure that the line on the tip of the tungsten electrode is as straight as possible. If the hole position changes, compensation cannot be set.
