Item Description
Tungsten electrodes of varying diameters are typically used in conventional welding procedures practiced in a wide variety of industries. During such procedures, an arc is established between the metal to be welded and the end, or point, of each electrode. The electrode point becomes worn or damaged over time, resulting in inadequate or interrupted current transmission. As the quality and efficiency of welds is highly dependent upon the condition of the electrode point, it is important that the point be dressed, or reshaped and sharpened, as needed during welding operations.

INSTALLATION STEPS :
1: Put on the 2 O-rings to the aluminum main body to ensure the Dust cover can be fixed and prevent dust leakage;
2. Install the mandrel to a Diamond wheel;
3. Screw the aluminum main body on Rotary Tool , You can choose Dremel;
4. Set the grinding wheel and mandrel in the collet of your rotary tool;
5. Adjust the height of the Diamond wheel, Make sure the grinding wheel is parallel to the edge of the control head;
6. Push the transparent Dust cover on the control head;
7. If the dust cover is too tight to push, You could apply some oil (Whatever Engine oil, grease or Dishwashing liquid) on the O-ring so the cover will be easy to install;
8. Start grinding different angles tungsten needle, according to your needs;
9. After grinding, Centralized processing the tungsten power, avoid trouble, convenient and healthy.

The o-ring groove of the old model is not completely suitable, so three sets of different o-rings are needed to fit. The dust housing are too tight;
There are 2 groups hole's directions are the same with the rotation way of diamand wheels, resulting in the tungsten elctrod will be sucked in during grinding;
The hole spacing of the old models was uneven and intersected.
The cutting groove of the old model is too small, so the 4.8mm tungsten needle cannot penetrate;

IMPORTANT:
According to feedback from some first-time users, if the grinding wheel cannot be aligned with the cut during the installation process, or the grinding wheel does not reach the expected position, it may be that the chuck you are using is too high and exceeds the height of the mandrel installation.
At this time, please replace a chuck with a height not exceeding 34mm, so that the grinding wheel can be adjusted in a proper position.
